The service
LeadTaker captures inquiries submitted through contact forms and AI chatbots and delivers them to the business they were intended for. We aim for reliable, around-the-clock delivery, and we store each lead so it is not lost if an email fails to send.
Acceptable use
Don't use LeadTaker or this site to submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or send spam. We use spam protection and may block abusive activity.
Availability
We work to keep capture and delivery running 24/7/365, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed leads caused by issues outside our reasonable control, such as third-party email or hosting outages.
Data
Handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy. Leads captured for a business belong to that business.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
